Our methods are totally transparent; suppliers, quotations, prices, negotiations, etc. can be followed by the customer.
We DON'T work with margins on turnover or product prices but charge a fixed fee for the feasibility study.
The other services can be charges as well for a fixed fee, as with a hourly rate.

We offer the following services;

• Feasibility study; resulting in clear decision criteria concerning prices, qualified suppliers, possible savings and delivery times.
• Supplier coordination; the customer is free to deal directly with the supplier, however almost all our clients prefer to use CRHC INTERNATIONAL Shanghai for the supplier coordination. Our employees are frequently present at the supplier site to check the customer demands concerning price, quality and deliveries.
• Lean Warehousing; this concept offers the customer the possibility to outsource (sub)-assembly, inspection and packing to CRHC INTERNATIONAL Shanghai. Buying components from different suppliers prevents eventual problems with intellectual property, assembly and inspection is done by CRHC INTERNATIONAL Shanghai, using controlled processes and European management. Eventual quality problems will be discovered before the products are shipped. Consolidation and stock keeping will result in lower costs for storage and transportation.
